How I Can Help

I offer calm, thoughtful support for people navigating separation, conflict, and complex relationship change. My work is grounded in restorative practice, mediation principles, and trauma-informed care, with a strong focus on dignity, accountability, and practical forward movement.

As a Divorce Coach, I work one-to-one with individuals during separation and relationship breakdown. I support people to slow things down, make sense of what is happening, and approach decisions with greater clarity and confidence. My role is to help you prepare for difficult conversations, manage emotional overwhelm, and navigate change in a way that feels steady and intentional rather than reactive.

As a Mediator, I facilitate structured, respectful conversations that support clearer communication and workable agreements. I bring a calm, balanced presence to emotionally charged situations, helping everyone feel heard while keeping discussions focused and constructive. My mediation approach prioritises understanding, fairness, and outcomes that are sustainable over time.

As a Restorative Justice Coordinator, I support restorative processes with care, preparation, and strong ethical boundaries. I work alongside participants to ensure processes are safe, well-supported, and appropriate, with a focus on accountability, repair, and meaningful engagement. My experience in restorative practice allows me to hold complex dynamics with sensitivity and integrity.

Across all areas of my work, I am known for my ability to hold space for difficult conversations with compassion and clarity. I take a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, supporting people to move forward with greater understanding, dignity, and stability.

I work locally and offer online sessions by arrangement.
